Reintroducing TDE Consulting Group

In 2018, I launched TDE Consulting Group with one clear intention: to create the firm I always wished existed.


For years, I worked in nonprofit organizations, particularly focused on policy and advocacy. Time after time, I searched for the kind of strategic support that understood the unique challenges of this space. Too often, it felt like trying to force a round peg into a square hole.

Where were the advisors who got the realities of leadership in advocacy?

Where were the tools that reflected the complexity of social change work?

Where were the benchmarks that mattered for mission-driven organizations?


Not only did I struggle to find organizational support, but I also struggled to find the personal leadership advising and support I needed as a new or transitioning C-Suite leader of color.


After nearly two decades in the field, with a passion for strategy and a fierce commitment to transformational change, I decided to build it myself. TDE Consulting Group was born.

At TDE Consulting Group, we are more than consultants. We are co-creators, partners, and champions of mission-driven leaders and organizations.


We bring our full selves—our expertise, our lived experience, and our restless curiosity—to every client relationship. We work with organizations that are reshaping communities, rewriting policies, and reimagining what’s possible. And we do it with a sharp, unapologetic focus on strategy, equity, and results.
