Jennifer Cole has built a successful career over two decades in the accounting and auditing fields in the private, nonprofit, and government sectors. Currently Jennifer serves as a Senior Staff Accountant in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Office of Compliance and Policy.

Nakeina E. Douglas-Glenn, PhD, is a higher education academic and practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, public policy analysis, and racial equity.

Dashni Sathasivam is compelled by the intersection of public health policy and advocacy. It is her core belief that meaningfully engaging communities directly impacted by policies is central to achieving structural changes and advancing health and racial equity.

Lawrence Young grew up with a passion for health and health equity. At an early age, he became passionate about improving the health of underserved communities which led to work experiences in the public health field.
